Your guests will begin the evening with a sparkling aperitif,
then enjoy a roundtable tasting and discussion led by the instructor.

Eight wines are tasted, including:
1 Sparkling wine
3 white wines
3 red wines
1 dessert wine.

Glassware, palate cleansers,
detailed tasting notes, and order forms are all provided.

Emphasis is placed on the basics of tasting wine,
the debunking of wine myths,
avoiding rip offs,
finding great wine values,
and above all,
learning how to pare wine with food.
